Bringing cross-linking technology to the slit lamp, it is simple, efficient, and safe for all users – from the novice to the expert.

Portable and chargeable via USB-C, a smartphone charger,or a laptop, the C-eye is used to perform CXL on a Haag Streit or ZEISS slit lamp. Alternatively, use it like any other CXL device on a table mount in the operating theatre.

1stQ AddOn lenses

Cataract and refractive lens exchange patients are educated and have high expectations. There are several situations where a 1stQ AddOn secondary supplementary sulcus ‘piggyback’ lens may be required to achieve the best outcome.

The 1stQ AddOn lenses (Medicontur Group) have very high rotational stability in the sulcus due to the non-torque four-point fixation design. These lenses are available in monofocal, monofocal toric, trifocal, trifocal toric, and high add magnifier options.

They allow precise correction of residual spherical and astigmatic refractive errors via the 0.25D spherical equivalent steps and up to 11.0D cyl powers. Trifocal upgrades are a nice option for pseudophakic patients and safe reversibility of trifocality is available via the planned dual lens procedure.

Heidelberg Anterion

The imaging app within the Anterion platform offers high-resolution visualisation of the entire anterior segment, spanning from the anterior surface of the cornea to the posterior surface of the lens. It aids in identifying various anterior segment pathologies and tracking surgical outcomes like keratoplasty, pterygium removal, corneal rings, and trauma repair.

The Anterion Cornea app provides a comprehensive diagnostic solution for assessing individual corneal geometry, crucial for diagnosing ectasia and refining refractive surgery plans. Detailed curvature and elevation maps of both corneal surfaces, along with data on total corneal power, pachymetry, epithelial thickness, and corneal wavefront analysis, empower confident decision-making. Experience thorough assessments to optimise patient care and surgical outcomes.

Corvis ST and Pentacam Family

The Oculus Corvis ST enables clinicians to visualise and quantify the cornea’s dynamic response, painting a comprehensive picture of corneal biomechanical integrity. By combining this information with tomographical data from the Pentacam, clinicians can achieve a more holistic understanding of corneal health.

The integration of data from both devices provides detailed metrics on corneal shape, biomechanics, and a simple index of the corneal properties. This Topographic Biomechanical Index(TBI) simplifies the detection of normal from abnormal corneas for anterior segment conditions. It enhances diagnostic accuracy and allows personalised treatment for patients at risk of developing corneal ectasia while minimising the risk of biomechanically induced complications.

iTrace

The iTrace is a device that supports ophthalmologists with ophthalmic diagnosis and subsequent surgical correction of vision. Combining total-eye ray tracing wavefront with placido-ring corneal topography, it separately provides information about aberrations from the anterior corneal surface, and those caused by internal optics. Beyond this structural information, the Tracey function analyser provides critical
information to understand a patient’s visual complaints and their roots. The dysfunctional lens index (DLI) grades internal aberrations from one to 10 to support diagnosis and provides easy-to understand graphics to aid in educating and managing patient expectations. The DLI also reduces chair time, improves workflow, and increases patient satisfaction.

As a post-op tool, the iTrace provides toric alignment and the optimal rotation to achieve the best visual outcome. It can detect early opacifications of the posterior capsule to optimise early YAG treatment.

Oculus Pentacam AXL Wave

Pentacam Scheimpflug technology has long been renowned or accurate corneal surface data. Combined with non-invasive scleral topography and sagittal height data, the Pentacam AXL Wave with Corneal Scleral Profile (CSP) Report Pro delivers accurate parameters to simplify fitting of scleral contact lenses. The Pentacam and Pentacam HR models can accurately perform CSP by capturing five scans, which are automatically combined to create one cornea scleral map.

To optimise workflow, the newest model Pentacam AXL ave with CSP Pro enables single scans exceeding 20 mm in diameter, improving efficiency and reproducibility. The measuring process is straightforward, user-independent, fast, patient-friendly, noncontact, tear-film independent, and doesn’t require fluorescein. The intuitive guide allows both eyes to be examined in a few minutes. It is designed to make scleral lens fitting more efficient and convenient for both patients and eye care professionals.

Cylite Hyperparallel OCT

Cylite is an Australian company that manufactures the world’s first hyperparallel optical coherence tomography (HP-OCT) device. The HP-OCT is a revolutionary new technology that creates true volumetric OCT images of the anterior and posterior segments. It scans the eye with 1,008 simultaneous, parallel beamlets in a series of snapshot captures, achieving scanning speeds of over 300,000 scans per second.

HP-OCT images can be used to very accurately define the topography and tomography of ocular surfaces, including the cornea, and are therefore ideal for use in contact lens fitting, including orthokeratology

The HP-OCT not only generates highly precise corneal topography maps, it also allows the user to view how the contact lens sits on the eye using its 360° radial slice.
