Women with Vision Festival

Women in the optics industry are invited to a new Melbourne festival, marketed as an “anticonference… designed to fill your cups, spark creativity, and remind women of their power, purpose, and potential”.

Women with Vision: The Festival will be held on Sunday 15 March 2026 at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne.

Organisers Jacque Katsieris, Director of ProOptics, and Lisa Cappuccio, Chief Operating Officer of Eyebenefit, said the festival will bring together “inspiring speakers, thought leaders, and innovators across wellness, creativity, business, and personal growth”.

“Women with Vision was born from a simple truth, that women in business need more than motivation; they need community, energy, and permission to thrive on their own terms,” Ms Katsieris said.

She said the festival will feature keynotes, networking sessions, creative experiences, and “surprises”, but no product pitches or optics workshops, “just people focussed content that speaks to the heart of women leading and working in eye care”.

Guest speakers include brand builder/shop talker Emily Mann from Mannpower, Clare Disira from the neuroscience-based leadership and team training company Top Five Movement, and industry leaders.
