Lindberg’s new sunglasses collection, the first since becoming part of Kering Eyewear, is rooted in Danish modern heritage. These sunglasses strike a perfect balance between tradition and innovation. Lightweight with sleek proportions, and a unisex appeal, they are both a nod to the past and a vision of the future. 

Lens colours are drawn from Olafur Eliasson’s ‘Your Panorama Rainbow’ (2006), an immersive installation in Aarhus, Denmark – just a stone’s throw from Lindberg’s headquarters.

Kwela from Zafrique

Kwela is the newest frame in RAEN’s 2025 Zafrique Collection, designed by Mikey February. It features a rounded silhouette, more volume, and a modern fit, made from hand-cut acetate with ZEISS lenses.

It’s also the first RAEN frame to feature the brand name on the stem: a small but meaningful detail that signals a shift in the brand’s direction.

The campaign was shot in Cape Town by Mikey’s creative team at Spearhead Unlimited and captured by photographer Kent Andreasen. The visuals explore light, rhythm, and legacy. Personal but wide-reaching.

Meet Lafont & Caroline Abram

Meet the creative talents behind two leading Parisian stories at ODMAFair25 from Friday 27 to Sunday 29 June.

Raphael Rambeau from Lafont and Caroline Abram will both be on the Frames Etcetera stand.

Ms Abram (right) was training as an optician in her family business when she discovered her passion for design. In 2008 she launched her own range of frames. Her colourful vintage style is loved by eye care professionals and their customers alike. Lafont brings Parisian elegance to life with bold colours and signature detailing, blending artisanal craftsmanship and modern technology. Founded in 1923 by Louis Lafont, the family-run maison has grown from a Paris boutique to a global name. Mr Rambeau will be at ODMAFair speaking about the concept behind the design and creation of this iconic French brand.
