Smart Technology, Go Ready

Xocchiali allows eyewear brands to design smart frames with cutting-edge technology that sits discreetly in the temples only. This smart technology integrates seamlessly into a variety of materials, including acetate, vinyl, ultem, TR9, and wood.

Xocchiali technology embedded into frames enables consumers to make calls, receive notifications, control their music, and even get real-time translations – all without picking up their phone. Dr Günter Alce, founder of Xocchiali, said this new smart eyewear reduces the digital overload. “There’s no need to carry an additional gadget – your regular eyewear becomes your connection to the digital world. The result is less screen time, fewer distractions, and a more meaningful connection to the world around you.”

Miga Expands Boundaries

Miga Studio pushes the boundaries of luxury eyewear with five new models in the Titan family, five new models in the Taisho family, and three new colours for the brand’s most iconic models. Pictured is a frame from the new 8.5 mm series within the Taisho family, which is carved from Takiron acetate. This acetate is aged for over 70 days, ensuring durability and outstanding lightness. A faceted design creates a stunning interplay of shiny and matte surfaces, resulting in a vibrant three-dimensional effect that reflects light with dazzling sparkles.

Ørgreen Mystique

Ørgreen Optics has introduced its latest trio of acetate eyewear: Muse, Mystique, and Candy Cane XS. These new models not only embody the brand’s signature Scandinavian minimalism but also push the boundaries of contemporary eyewear with bold, distinctive colourways and refined detailing. Pictured is Mystique, which reinterprets the playful spirit of the 70s through a modern lens and a halo colour palette that ranges from nostalgic hues to vibrant, psychedelic tones. The thoughtfully rounded sidepieces lend a refined balance to the large chassis, ensuring a compact yet striking presence.

What a Snob!

Within its high quality magnetic clip-on collection, SNOB Milano has released seven new plastic models plus three in titanium and two in bio-lux, a plant derived bio-plastic combined with beta-titanium temples and the high-end segment made from pure-titanium.

Pictured is the Odeon frame, a masculine style characterised by significant thicknesses with high, bold temples, further accentuated by colours that lend it strong personality, especially when combined with the new ZEISS amber sun lens making its debut in the collection. With this design, even the classic black or tortoiseshell takes on a strong and powerful expressive charge.

Mykita High
Speed Alpine

The latest collaboration between Mykita and 032c (both from Berlin) explores the intersection between fashion and sports with a high-tech, aerodynamic design.

Fashioned from lightweight stainless steel, these sleek, wraparound sunglasses feature Mikita’s ‘Lessrim’ construction in which ultra-fine rims disappear into the groove of the curved lenses. The distinctive temple design follows the bottom contour of the frame, creating flowing lines complemented by specially curved side pieces and achieving a high speed, aerodynamic look.

The sunglass model Alpine is available in three colourways; all models come with a special rubber sports nose pad to ensure comfort and a secure fit.

Lived In Look

Created from aluminium and magnesium alloy, Look’s new Alumix frames are half the weight of titanium, and presented in refined colour combinations of acid tones, vivid and intense nuances, and a range of more natural colours. On all models, absolute black gives way to a more ‘lived-in’ version of deep charcoal that makes it more natural and is enriched with colour contrasts of great intensity.

Pictured is a model from the L'intemporel series, developed exclusively for SILMO Paris. For this frame, Look used an innovative processing technique to give Alumix a ‘lived-in look’.

Sophisticated Blackfin

The new Blackfin Atlantic optical frames, also available in sun version, have been designed with thinner, lighter fronts without sacrificing the unmistakably bold personality of the series. Pictured is Camano for men, a double-bridge navigator distinguished by elegant, sophisticated two-tone finishes. Quincy boasts softer, rounded lines. Colour is the true star of the collection, with sophisticated combinations applied manually – vibrant hues and unexpected contrasts elevate each new frame.
