To be held within the O-Show26 schedule, the event will blend professional development, leadership insights, practical business strategy, and genuine connection through round-table discussions on topics raised by women in leadership roles.

Meet like-minded peers before diving into sessions led by expert speakers on work–life blending, resilience, and building long-term financial and professional independence. Gain real-world wisdom from a panel of successful practice leaders, then take part in energising small-group discussions tackling the topics that matter most.

The Round Table facilitators and Women in Optics ambassadors supporting this event include Celia Bloxsom from Eyeconic Optometry, Heidi Hunter from Custom Eyecare, Belinda Musitano from Eyes @ Optometry, Soojin Nam from Eyecare Kids, Helen Summers OAM from Bupa Optical, and Shaina Zheng from Eyecare Plus Mermaid Beach.
