ODMAFair25 27–29 June 2025
ODMAFair, presented by the Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association, will showcase the latest eyewear, lenses, and devices while also offering a series of educational sessions and hands-on workshops designed to arm delegates with new knowledge and skills to immediately elevate their optometric practice. Catering to all practice members, the sessions will be organised into three distinct streams: Business, Practice Management, and Dispensing.
ODMAFair25 will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct.

Super Sunday
29 June 2025
The keynote speaker for this year’s Super Sunday is Dr Kate Gifford, an internationally renowned clinician-scientist optometrist, Visiting Research Fellow at Queensland University of Technology, and co-founder of Myopia Profile. Other speakers include Dr Jack Phu, Celia Bloxsom, Dr Michael Chilov, Marc Eskander, Dr Tanya Trinh, and Heidi Hunter, plus a team of panellists. Topics covered include glaucoma, myopia, age-related macular degeneration, anterior eye conditions, and more.
Super Sunday will take place at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.

APSOS Congress 2025

Ophthalmologists, optometrists, and orthoptists are invited to expand their paediatric eye care expertise and refine their clinical approaches at the upcoming 3rd Asia-Pacific Strabismus and Paediatric Ophthalmology Society (APSPOS) Congress.
The Congress comprises a mix of hands-on sessions, workshops, and plenary sessions, featuring an impressive lineup of international experts.

AUSCRS 2025
16–19 July
The annual conference of the Australasian Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (AUSCRS), taking place on the spectacular Darwin harbour, is an invitation to ‘Disconnectto reconnect – experience the top end in every sense’.
Convened by co-Presidents, Dr Jacqueline Beltz and Professor Gerard Sutton, AUSCRS will feature dedicated educational programmes for advanced trainees, doctors, and support staff, with the prestigious 2025 Barrett/Wolfe Lecture to be delivered by renowned refractive and cataract surgeon, Professor Michael Knorz.
