Specsavers has been officially recognised as one of New Zealand’s best workplaces, ranking second on the Great Place to Work list for medium to large businesses for 2025.

Great Place to Work, the global authority on workplace culture, revealed the inaugural list of NZ’s Best Workplaces, recognising organisations that are setting the benchmark for exceptional workplace culture and employee experience.

Specsavers said its inclusion on the list in second place reflects its commitment to creating a thriving, people-first workplace culture that supports clinical excellence and outstanding customer care.

Earlier this year, Great Place to Work recognised Specavers as one of Australia’s Best Workplaces for 2025 for the third consecutive year, ranking the optical retailer 4th in the national Top 10 in the large business category.
