GenEye 21-23 May 2025
Unlike traditional conferences, GenEye uses immersive learning to focus on the mind, body, and surgical skills required for exceptional care.
With a multidisciplinary team of ophthalmologists, psychologists, physiotherapists, and industry leaders presenting, GenEye explores rarely discussed yet critical topics that elevate good practitioners to great ones. Ophthalmologists and trainees, optometrists, medical students, and junior doctors are all welcome; the event spans three one-day courses, tailored to specific professional groups.
GenEye 2025 will take place at the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne, Victoria.

10th ASO Skills Expo 2025

The Australian Society of Ophthalmologists (ASO) Skills Expo is one of the largest gatherings of the Australian ophthalmology industry.
This event tests industry thinking with robust debates on the key topics and challenges doctors and their patients are navigating. Additionally, it’s an event where doctors share the latest in best practice, knowledge, and cutting-edge medical technology developments.,

ODMAFair25 27–29 June 2025
ODMAFair, presented by the Optical Distributors and Manufacturers Association, will showcase the latest eyewear, lenses, and devices while also offering a series of educational sessions and hands-on workshops designed to arm delegates with new knowledge and skills to immediately elevate their optometric practice. Catering to all practice members, the sessions will be organised into three distinct streams: Business, Practice Management, and Dispensing.
ODMAFair25 will be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney’s Darling Harbour precinct.

Super Sunday 29 June 2025
The keynote speaker for this year’s Super Sunday is Dr Kate Gifford, an internationally renowned clinician-scientist optometrist, Visiting Research Fellow at Queensland University of Technology, and co-founder of Myopia Profile. Other speakers include Dr Jack Phu, Celia Bloxsom, Dr Michael Chilov, Marc Eskander, Dr Tanya Trinh, and Heidi Hunter, plus a team of panellists. Topics covered include glaucoma, myopia, age-related macular degeneration, anterior eye conditions, and more.
Super Sunday will take place at the International Convention Centre, Darling Harbour, Sydney.
