Hydrus Microstent
The Hydrus Microstent is a highly flexible, biocompatible 8mm long device delivered ab interno into the trabecular meshwork and Schlemm’s canal. The Hydrus Microstent, in conjunction with cataract surgery, has been clinically proven to reduce intraocular pressure (IOP) and medication usage.1,2 It is the first and only minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) device to report clinical results from a pivotal trial at five years. 2,3* The study included 556 patients at 38 centres from nine countries with 66% of Hydrus Microstent patients remaining medication-free at five years.2

Oculus Gonio Ready
When performing minimally invasive surgery (MIGS), surgeons can now attach the gonio lens to the microscope rather than having to hold it with one hand. This gives them two free hands for the surgery, opening new possibilities for surgeons, and adding a degree of safety for both surgeon and patient.
The Gonio Ready can connect to a wide range of ophthalmic microscopes with the appropriate adapter. Its patented Flex System is flexible enough to be moved around during MIGS, yet sufficiently resistant to movement that it cannot be inadvertently displaced.
The Oculus quality gonio lens also provides excellent depth of field and, despite its small size, an unusually large (180º) field of view.

High Frequency Deep Sclerotomy
Minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) has established itself in the modern glaucoma management regime to effectively reduce intraocular pressure (IOP).
High frequency deep sclerotomy (HFDS, Oertli Instrumente AG, Switzerland) is a short, implant-free approach to be performed in combination with cataract surgery or as a stand-alone application. Available on Oertli’s Catarhex3, Faros, and OS4 phaco platforms, the Abee glaucoma tip consists of a coaxial electrode that is used to create six small pockets in the iridocorneal angle for a direct channel between the anterior chamber and Schlemm’s canal, bypassing the resistance of the trabecular meshwork.
Results have demonstrated a mean preoperative IOP of 24.5 ±2.1mmHg. After 48 months, the follow-up average IOP was 15.0 ±1.7mmHg with no serious complications observed.1

iCare IC200
iCare IC200 is the most versatile tonometer in iCare’s tonometry portfolio. This flagship device offers a Quick Measure feature to capture intraocular pressure (IOP) measurements faster and easier than before. By capturing IOP with just two or three individual measurements instead of the standard six, test times are shorter. Additionally, with 200º of positional freedom, the iCare IC200 can measure IOP whether the patient is supine, reclined, or seated, which is especially useful in clinical, surgical, or emergency settings.

CSO Cobra+ Non-Mydriatic Digital Fundus Camera
Cobra+ is a non-mydriatic digital fundus camera for glaucomatous and age-related macular disease detection. The five-mega pixel camera produces high-definition (HD) retinal images with a visual field up to 50º. It can capture images through small pupils with a diameter of 2.5mm and, with nine internal fixation points, quickly acquires HD peripheral retina images. Multiple HD images can be combined into one panoramic image.
User-centric features include non-invasive, automatic measurement of ‘cup to disk’ ratios for detection of glaucomatous diseases. In combination with CSO Phoenix software and the CSO Retimax, the retinal image can be overlapped with electroretinogram multifocal testing for comprehensive retinal profiles and precise health indicators of every analysed retinal area, which is useful for the diagnosis and follow-up of macular degeneration and degenerative hereditary retinal diseases.
On a single screen, CSO Software can display multiple wavelength images from the Cobra+: original, infrared, and red-free images, as well as choroidal, vascular, and nerve fibre images for in-depth retina examinations.
Dry eye and infrared meibography modules are included with the camera, and early signs of cardiovascular issues can be detected by measuring the ratio between the branch arteriolar-venous diameter with the AVR tool.

Miniject
Miniject is iStar Medical’s innovative minimally invasive glaucoma surgery (MIGS) device for patients with open-angle glaucoma. It is currently the only commercially available MIGS implant targeting the supraciliary space globally, and delivers safe, meaningful, and sustained control of intraocular pressure (IOP).
The Miniject implant is made of proprietary Star material; a soft and flexible, medical-grade silicone. It has anti-fibrotic properties through its micro-pores, which enable bio-integration and a natural flow of fluid throughout the implant.
Three-year follow-up results presented at the 2023 World Glaucoma Congress demonstrate sustained, meaningful, mean IOP reduction of 36%, with 42% of patients medication-free. Mean epithelial cell density loss at three years was 9% (less than for cataract surgery at two years).

M700 Automated Perimeter
Medmont’s M700 Automated Perimeter offers practitioners an effective tool for assessing visual fields. It uses standard static perimetry to perform rapid and reliable screening, and threshold tests to assess visual field loss associated with various conditions. The M700 uses a radial pattern that provides a high density of test points in central regions. This is designed to be comparable but more sensitive to glaucoma than standard 24-2 and 30-2 tests.
Recognised as a value leader in the area of perimetry, the M700 is used globally and provides one of the lowest lifecycle costs to practitioners. The national driver medical standards, Assessing Fitness to Drive, accepts Medmont’s M700 binocular visual field test results as supporting documentation.

Cyclo G6 Glaucoma Laser System
Explore innovative cyclophotocoagulation with microPulse technology, powered by the new Cyclo G6 glaucoma laser system. The patented MicroPulse P3 and G-Probe devices are used to deliver laser energy for the treatment of glaucoma. The system enables a versatile, non-incisional procedure with multiple safety benefits, including minimal to zero inflammation post-op. Patient downtime is reduced significantly and the procedure is repeatable and predictable.
Proprietary MicroPulse technology finely controls thermal elevation by ‘chopping’ a continuous-wave laser beam into a train of repetitive short pulses. This allows tissue to cool between pulses, reducing thermal build-up and preventing visible tissue damage. An illuminated G-Probe is now available.

Zeiss Glaucoma Workplace
Zeiss Glaucoma Workplace provides at-a-glance glaucoma assessment information by visually presenting all longitudinal patient data in a single dashboard.
In one click, the Progression Summary intelligently provides the Structure-Function Guided Progression Analysis (GPA) overview to show areas where change beyond observed variability has been detected, helping to spotlight variances that could impact disease management.
Glaucoma Workplace gives you the ability to mark important clinical events by indicating intervention directly on patient trend analyses. GPA parameters can subsequently be customised to create dual baselines, thus monitoring the rates of progression before and after intervention.
